Randy Byers, Chairman Applied-Cleveland Holdings, is pleased to announce that Mr. Dan Buckley has joined Cleveland Integrity Services, Inc. as Sr. Vice President of Williston Basin Operations. Mr. Buckley will be based in CIS’s new office at 821 Fort Street, Buffalo, WY. Mr. Buckley brings over 37 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industries, beginning his career as a welder of pipelines, refineries and gas plants. Mr. Buckley later moved into Pipeline & Terminal operations holding positions as System Operator for Platte Pipeline Co, Terminal & Offshore Supervisor for Marathon Oil Company that included 21 offshore platforms with connecting pipelines and one of the largest ship loading terminals in the US. Mr. Buckley later served as District Superintendent for Genesis Petroleum managing crude systems in AL, LA and MS. He has also held positions of Inspection Department Manager, Project QA Manager in the United Arab Republic and later owned and operated 2 separate field service companies for 19 years where he staffed major pipeline projects, interacted with government agencies, performed audits for pipeline operators and represented clients during regulatory pipeline inspections. Mr. Buckley has extensive experience with PHMSA, CFR 192,195 and the AWS, ASME, API, ANSI and AWWA standards. He has also instructed Vocational Welding and Metallurgy on a college level, built and implemented many project specific training programs for Pipeline Operators and corporate Emergency Response programs. He is a current Construction Safety Supervisor active with the World Safety Organization, Certified Wyoming State Inspector, member of the AWS for 28 years and a CPWI.
