“I am pleased to announce, on behalf of Cleveland Integrity, our Corporate Monthly Safety Newsletter. We will be sending a newsletter at the first of every month throughout the year. In reading these, you will discover ways to help keep you and your project safe as well tips that can be applied to your everyday lives. This will also be a great tool to help keep you up to date on current safety topics, industry safety standards, and changes to federal regulations. After reviewing the newsletter you will notice a set of questions near the bottom of the letter and place for your name, signature, and date. We would like everyone to fill this section out and return it to your employment provider. Everyone who returns their completed newsletter will be entered in a pool, combined of Cleveland and Applied employees, and will be eligible for a monthly drawing as well as an annual drawing. Please note all newsletters will need to be returned by no later than the 3rd week of the month.
Awards for the monthly drawing are as follows:
Two 100 Category
Two 50 Category
Eight 25 Category
Awards for the annual drawing are as follows:
Two $500.00 Visa gift cards or gift equivalent to $500
Ten 100 Category
To be eligible for the annual drawing you must have a completed newsletter returned for every month of your employment.
